Training classes may be customized to the specific needs of you company policy.

Qualified instruction-based training, in an interactive forum, is provided for all classes. Handouts and other material are provided and actual samples are made available for the students to view. This interactive, hands-on approach provides understanding that is retained far beyond that of your typical 'video' training course.

Drug and Alcohol Education:

Education is not only the heart of a safety program for a company it is the perfect place to start a safety program. Whether, implementing a new program or continuing an existing one, Drug and Alcohol education is integral part of its success.

While videos, and computer based training programs abound, it will not equal the quality of first person training. An employee can’t ask a video or computer a question. And after all, why are you providing training? You want the employees, managers, and foremen etc., to understand the safety program. The objective is to educate about the company policies and what performance expected.

Kids don’t come with a manual, and every parent could use some advice. Ms. Gibbons, offers parenting classes on Drugs and alcohol use among children and teenagers. These classes can be scheduled for employees during brown bag lunches or as a part of an on-going wellness program.
