W. Wayne Wicks: Founder and President
Wayne started his original company in 1982 and it has evolved in to WWSA. Wayne grew up working in the energy industry while he was in high school. Upon graduation from college Wayne entered the law enforcement profession. Wayne left law enforcement, (Houston Police Department) in 1982 and started his first company providing investigative and contraband interdiction in the energy industry.
Jess Malone: Vice President of Operations
Jess retired from the TX Department of Public Safety in 2009. The last 15 years of service was in the fabled Texas Ranger Service. Of his many accomplishments, one of his most notarized was as the Chief Negotiator for the state in the now television documented and famous Texas Republic-Davis Mountain standoff where all the hostages were freed.
