Wayne Wicks and Associates provides drug and alcohol testing services and investigative services for individuals and businesses both domestically and internationally. Based in Houston, Texas since 1991, Wayne Wicks and Associates has served as a Third Party Administrator (TPA) for Drug and Alcohol testing programs, and Investigative services.
We are conveniently located close to the intersection of Highway 225 and Highway 146 in the Port of Houston. From our office it’s easy access to downtown Houston, north to Beaumont or east to Louisiana.

Lynn Gibbons
Lynn Gibbons graduated from Texas Christian University with a BS Degree in Educational Nutrition and has taught in both public and private schools throughout Texas.
Since 1987, she has been working in the drug and alcohol industry with narcotics investigators in Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma. Lynn is also a member of the Department of Public Safety’s Alcohol Testing Alliance. She has attended countless conferences and seminars such as DATIA (Drug & Alcohol Testing Industry Association) and SAPPAA (Substance Abuse Program Administrators Association). Lynn was a featured speaker for the Oklahoma Safety Council, and was asked by the Department of Labor-Oklahoma, to be on their Ad-Hoc Committee on the topic of Workplace Drug and Alcohol Testing.
She has completed a Training Program in Executive Protection, is a nationally recognized Drug and Alcohol Abuse in the Workplace Trainer, and has been certified by DATIA as a Certified Professional Collector Trainer.
Lynn Gibbons also provides our classes on Drug and Alcohol Awareness. She has been personally teaching classes all over the United States, since 1989. The unique aspect of her classes is the flexibility to control the content to the specific needs and time specifications of the client. Ms. Gibbons also provides the required training under the Department of Transportation’s 49 CFR Part 40.
